PAYMENT FOR COACHING SESSIONS

Pricing Varies by Coach

Fees: Individual Coaching Sessions: $100-$200 (50 mins) 

Family Coaching Sessions: $180-$375 (60 mins)

Here is some important information regarding my scheduling process and policy and procedures on rates. This info is also listed in the informed consent packet you will receive at your intake coaching session.

1. Payment of $100-$200 for each 50 min coaching session is due no later than 1 hour prior to the start of the session time and will confirm our scheduled session for each day we meet. 
2. I will send out the zoom link for our scheduled meeting once each payment confirmation is received as the Zoom Meeting ID and passwords are subject to change after a certain allotted time.
3. Following our first intake session, I will also send out an informed consent packet. Please sign, date and return the form to me at your earliest convenience. 
4. Please note, I do not offer refunds on sessions, just 1 reschedule on initial sessions from original time. MISSED APPOINTMENTS will NOT be rescheduled. I will wait for 15 minutes on Zoom and if no one shows, the appointment will be considered missed.
5. 24 Hour cancellation/reschedule policy- No reschedules will be allowed within 24 hours, cancelled appointments within that time will not be rescheduled. All times will be confirmed in your current time zone. Our office is located in PST.

I do not accept any forms of insurance at this time, but I can provide you a weekly invoice that may be used for reimbursement dependent on your coverage.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy or coaching appointment and you have not given at the minimum 24 hours cancellation notice, you will be responsible for the full cost of the session. 

INSURANCE

I am not a health insurance preferred provider but can provide a receipt that may be applicable to your deductible. Please contact your insurance company prior to our session regarding this. I can also provide invoices upon request.
