"This year I met the most broken version of me, but also the strongest. It took being the most broken version of myself to be able to build up the strongest version of myself I've ever been. Keean has been my saving grace. An actual Godsend. I have worked with life coaches and therapists in the past and I didn't achieve, heal, or build anything good from it. Within such a short period of time, Life Coaching with Keean has quite literally changed my entire life. He is one of the most amazing souls I've ever known and I have been fortunate enough that his crossed paths with mine. I don't say that lightly. Making room for your emotional health is such an important part of your health as a whole, don't neglect it. It'll start showing up a physical ailments!" - Ashley D.
"I want to give a shout out and a sincere thank you to my coach Keean. I absolutely love working with him. Coaching and personal development has always been really important to me. In my experience, his style, expertise, feedback, and overall learning curriculum are second to none (and I've seen quite a few amazing coaches over the years). For anyone interested in similar work- He's helped me heal from a difficult situation, to become aware of the root cause of many of my struggles, and to shift those negative behaviors that have held me back. The work in and out of sessions has allowed me to grow quickly in the short time we've worked together. My confidence has increased, my mood has been better and more consistent, my relationships are improving, and my overall passion for life has risen significantly. Overall, I've been much kinder and more loving to myself since I've been working with him. Thanks Keean, incredibly grateful." - Chris B.
"I've worked with a few counselors, therapists, and coaches over the years and I'm thankful to have made the connection with Keean for Life Coaching. He shows up in a manner that is supportive, informative, and also encouraging. I like that he suggests reading materials to support the work as well. He connects the dots quickly, and I've been pleased with the progress I'm making while working with him. I am showing up differently in some of my major relationships and that's super encouraging! Now for some right brain thoughts- I feel safe in speaking with Keean, supported, and I also enjoy our coaching sessions. He exhibits calm and understanding, as well as intelligent feedback. I have a renewed hope that age old patterns will be disrupted from our work together and I see a "new and improved" version of myself emerging. Thank you Keean, for your insights and contributions to my life. I highly recommend Keean to anyone seeking change, support, guidance, and transformation" - Dave L.
"I am so thankful for Keean. He takes the time to help you heal from what wasn't your fault in the first place. He is dynamic. I would refer him to anyone looking for help. If you need a wonderful, smart, and educated person to ground you like he is doing in my life, look no further. Coaching with Keean is life changing. Miracles do happen." - Bethany P.
"With Keean’s crucial & timely guidance, we have been able to create a structure of both, space & support, for our son, which continues to assist us in taking one day at a time, with carefully measured steps.
Keean is exceptional in what he does, very insightful in his assessments of the situation & very succinct in what one needs to do in order to move forward.
We are fortunate to have the opportunity to work with him in our situation." -Joy
“From Couples Counseling to Individual Life Coaching, Zay has been a true blessing in fostering my growth as both an individual and a partner. His ability to go deep and provide incredibly profound and valuable insight truly resonates with me and my belief system. Each time I get out of session with Zay, I have something new to ponder, process and implement. Specifically, his flexibility and shorter session options as a life coach are essential for me as a new mother. Zay is an incredibly special human that I have been grateful to work with and I feel will continue to grow alongside me throughout my life.”
“I cannot say enough good things about Zay and his work. Initially I was reluctant to work with a male coach but after a brief introductory call I realized it would be a good fit because he is a very self aware and heart centered man. Working with Zay has changed my life for the better. My internal landscape has become calmer and my internal conflict has diminished. I feel more in control of myself and my life. I highly recommend Zay to help you on your path to greater clarity, wellness, and peace of mind. ”
"It was during COVID and a somewhat desperate time that we met Zay. My now-husband and I were newly engaged and grappling with some big fears and questions around marriage. We found Zay to coach us through this time, and he helped us to gain clarity through redefining “marriage” and our commitment. He asked us hard and revealing questions that brought each of us closer to understanding where we had strayed from what was true to us, and ultimately helped us realize how we could maintain our individuality while creating a meaningful partnership. In the beginning, I thought maybe Zay would be a mediator to help us go our separate ways. In the end (and really, in another beginning), he was the person who we asked to officiate our wedding. He set the stage for our marriage, which is characterized by an ongoing dialogue about how to maintain freedom and individuality- while also raising our child with a second one on the way.”
"Ever since I was really young I had tried different types of therapy and counseling. I always hated it because I never felt like I could be my true self and I felt like it never helped me make any progress.
I was in a really dark place when I decided to try out the ego coach program and it very quickly started making a noticeable difference in my life. It really helped me to look at life in a new light and take away so many of the things that would stress me out before. I can honestly say that since completing this program, I am so much more confident in myself and every area of my life has improved. It truly is incredible what simple changes can do when you truly decide to take care of yourself and have the desire to propel your life forward."
“When I started meeting with Zay, I was beyond my breaking point. He listened to me and offered the possibility of hope. His approach with Ego-parts work has brought me to deeper levels of understanding of myself and for that I will always be grateful!”
"As I sit here today, I am celebrating my birthday! Strange to write a testimonial on such a day?
I don't think so 🙂
I am so grateful to be celebrating my spot on this planet instead of just existing or fighting to do so. Isaiah (Zay) Ketcham has been a key reason for the switch. My journey has greatly improved with our coaching time!
My anxiety, fear, panic attacks, heavy drinking, and general self hatred, have all lessened or no longer exist.
These horrible, negative effects are drowning so many, but how does a person approach such problems? It feels too daunting a task.
For me, Ego Coach has been that answer. And what a great answer! Even after our first session, I felt I was able to breathe. Zay worked with me where I was at. Plus, has the greatest one-liners that are quote worthy! Grab a pen and paper with this guy!!
Yes, there is the better job, better lifestyle, more finances, all the compliments on how much better I look and feel, and all that cool stuff that comes with healing ( 😂 ) but there is nothing I have found that can put a price tag on true internal joy and peace.
If you're searching this page, it was brought to you for a reason.
Don’t let fear win.
I am beyond happy that I gave Mr. Ketcham a chance.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you Zay.”
“Zay is a prime example of what therapists (now life coach) should strive to be. In a world full of those who want to tell you where to go and how to get there, Zay stands out as something different. He’s willing to do the hard work of helping you identify where YOU want to go, and who you want to become. I have made more progress in my own goals (including figuring out what they were) in 3 years working with him than I did in a decade with a previous therapist. He’s intelligent, compassionate, kind, and has an uncanny knack for knowing when to support and when to challenge. If you want to remain in your pain and receive sympathy, find someone else. If you’re ready to break free of cycles which have haunted your every day, Zay is the person to see.”
"Adam completely shattered all of my expectations about getting support for my mental health, in all the good ways. When I first started seeing Adam for anxiety and panic attacks, I went into it thinking that I would have to see someone for the rest of my life. One of the first things he told me was "you can get through this, there is an end in sight". This was such a comforting first impression that I knew I had found the right person to help me through my mental health struggles.
Before I started seeing Adam, my anxiety made it difficult to focus on everyday tasks at home and work, and my panic attacks had me fearing for my life. Adam taught me how to change my perspectives on both the world around and within me so that I could see through the haze of my anxiety. He also helped me understand what causes panic attacks and how to manage them. This was my first experience working with someone in this capacity so I didn't know that a person could graduate, but our sessions and the mental tools he gave me helped me to get to that point. The skills I learned from Adam helped me to accept my anxiety and dramatically reduced the number of panic attacks I experienced - so much so that towards the end of my time with him I couldn't even remember the last time I had one.
I was fortunate to see Adam on two separate occasions: after graduating the first time with him, despite my best efforts using the tools he taught me, the universe just kept throwing curveballs at me to the point where I could no longer manage my anxiety and panic attacks alone. I sought Adam’s presence a second time when I was in need, and just like before he reassured me that I'd get through this.
Thank you Adam for being a part of my life and helping me through the ups and downs of mine. I will always remember what you taught me, and that has made it so that I have a life lived well."
"The thing I learned from and with Adam, as a respectful and insightful partner in self discovery, is that Trauma is not a choice. Carrying that trauma with you is. Realizing this is incredibly powerful; it means you can choose to let it go, change how heavy it is, and even choose to make your past something beautiful that you can look at from a new perspective.
It's hard to admit that you're not doing well and need someone to help you and truly listen and see the world differently. Adam is someone that understands what it actually means to guide someone, not just try to fix them or make them feel better. He’s someone who truly enjoys helping people, who can provide a comforting and safe environment free from judgement, and instead of telling you what is right, will help you better understand your needs and how to reach them.
Please take care of yourself, and if you're looking for someone to not just listen, but help you gain a new path in life, I can't recommend anyone higher than Adam."
"About a year before I found Adam, I tried seeking help and guidance with a therapist. They said, "You have functional depression. We don't need to schedule a follow up unless you want to, but there's not much you need to do if you're still functional." The meds I had been prescribed weren't working for me, but I was "functional". I felt crushed and alone, unsure of what to do. The days dragged on and I could barely remember what happened the day before. I felt like an audience to my own life.
Adam was one of the first people I reached out to when I decided to try seeking help again. There had to be something more than just a simple diagnosis I had been given before. I felt scared, but Adam's reply to my first message made me feel a little bit of hope again.
I dreaded the first appointment. My feelings were not something I shared as I always felt shame for having them. However, I was paying for the session and I was not gonna pay just to lie or hide things. It was the best decision I've ever made because I was finally able to feel seen and heard.
Adam's calm demeanor and acceptance of my feelings gave me hope. Not only did Adam not drop some diagnosis or label on me, I was told it can get better, and while I was skeptical, I was hopeful because I was seeing my situation more clearly and this was a lot different than my experience with therapy. and it did. It took lots of hard work, habit breaking, and honesty in my sessions, but it was worth it. I haven't just been given the tools to succeed; I've been taught how they work, and I now understand myself in a way that gives me confidence. I now know that no matter what, I can get through this. You can too, just take that first step and let your feelings be heard. With Adam’s guidance, you’ll learn to fall in love with them (and your life) just like I did."
"I was experiencing some really dark moments when I came across Keean totally by accident and decided to text him and reach for help. Being a sceptic to coaching for life, I didn't take it that serious that I will get to work with him but the way he got back to me so fast, triggered some relief in my brain and made me wanna give it a try. During my coaching journey with him, he opened a new window to my thoughts and channeled my anxiety in a fascinating way making me realize that I was missing a huge piece of information of where those overwhelming thoughts were coming from. He gave me tools and the right information, he didn't teach me how to think, but way more simple than that - he made me think! An amazing human that decided to help other humans and it's not that I was lucky to get to work with him, it was just the universe doing it's thing and Keean being a part of it."

In this interview, Keean discuss healing from trauma, emphasizing emotional regulation and reducing shame. I explore the importance of empathy, body first language, and the nervous system's role in decision making.
