About Holistic Trauma-Informed Coaching

WHO WE ARE

Our trauma-informed coaches are highly trained professionals with a Master's or Doctorate, offering transformative healing, expert insights, and holistic approaches to emotional resilience. We empower individuals, practitioners, and coaches with the tools to create lasting trauma recovery and emotional well-being.

What we do

We integrate cutting-edge trauma-informed methodologies with holistic healing practices to help clients and coaches navigate nervous system regulation, emotional intelligence, and deep personal transformation.

Why It Matters

Healing trauma requires more than just knowledge—it demands a compassionate, science-backed, and holistic approach. Our coaching services and programs bridge the gap between neuroscience, somatic healing, and real-world coaching techniques.

KEEAN's PODCAST EPISODE

About Keean

Dr. KEEAN KIRK, M.A., PSYD.

Dr. Kirk is a psychotherapist and holistic coach who empowers others to reach their highest selves through the exploration of the unconscious mind and the unlearning of harmful patterns and behaviors. He utilizes attachment science, neurobiology, inner child work, and Jungian parts work. In 2013, Kirk appeared as a Polycom guest psychology advocate on the Dr. Phil Show, speaking on single-parent family dynamics and the effects of divorce on children.

He completed his Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy, from Hope International University in 2017. Dr. Keean has extensive experience working with veterans, children, teens, and young adults in both individual and group settings, focusing on identity formation, development, and life transitions. He is passionate about helping clients with anxiety, addiction, OCD, loss and bereavement, post-combat trauma, autism, gender dysphoria, and neurodivergence. Kirk has worked as a therapist in detox facilities and recovery centers for addiction, as well as with veterans in recovery as part of the Veterans In Progress program at the United States Veterans Initiative in Long Beach, CA. His experience includes working with clients facing dual diagnoses in inpatient/outpatient treatment and those in transitional housing programs.

Dr. Keean has facilitated a men's support group for chronic illness for the past five years, as well as youth groups for children and young adults in the Orange County area.

Central to Kirk’s philosophy is a powerful message about moving forward: “The past is a place of reflection, not a place of residence.” His approach is rooted in the belief that true healing encompasses the mind, body, and soul. This holistic method seeks not just to treat symptoms but to address the underlying causes of distress, unlocking doors to profound transformation. Emotional intelligence building is a cornerstone of Kirk’s therapy and life coaching.

Through his practices, Dr. Keean embarks on a journey with his clients toward radical change, guiding them through the exploration of unconscious thoughts and behaviors to overcome their greatest fears and setbacks. Kirk specializes in liberating others from their unconscious trauma responses, often rooted in early childhood experiences. His goal is clear: to enable individuals to reclaim their best and healthiest lives. The foundation of his therapeutic approach lies in attachment theory and inner child work—a reflection on how past experiences shape our present selves and influence our future trajectories.

Dr. Keean also shares his expertise and insights through his Instagram and Threads pages, which have 150,000+ followers who have joined his healing community across social media. Community users engage with his content on holistic healing and overcoming childhood trauma, making it a vibrant platform for those seeking to improve their emotional intelligence and overall well-being.
